Warranty Policy

Teekri warrants all of its products purchased through an authorized distribution channel, authorized multi-brand seller, or the Teekri web-store or other authorized online seller (list of authorized online retailers can be found at www.teekri.com) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of six months from the date of original retail purchase.
During this warranty period, if a defect in the product is identified, and instructions are followed by the customer for returning the product, Teekri will, at its option, subject to terms & conditions, either (i) repair the Product using new or refurbished parts, at Teekri’s expense; (ii) replace the Product with a new Product that is equivalent to the Product that is to be replaced. Teekri shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund until the defective Product is returned to Teekri.
This condition would only apply in case the defect is due to manufacturing issue and not due to any mishandling, inappropriate use, ordinary wear & tear, modification, attempted repair or failure to follow Teekri’s product care advice.
Any aesthetical inconsistency (such as marks or knotted look) caused due to the nature of the material (wood) will not be considered as a defect as it is on account of the natural property of the material (wood).
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, this warranty is a limited warranty and shall be the exclusive manufacturer’s warranty in lieu of other express warranties.
In case of any difference between the above policy and the law of the land (national laws or EU laws), then the law of the land will prevail over the above policy.
